Enquiry privacy notice

This notice explains how OGStays handles information submitted through our summer income-estimate website and Facebook or Instagram enquiry forms.

Information you provide

We collect the contact details and property information you submit. These may include your name, email address, phone number, property suburb or address, property features, availability and whether you own the property or are authorised to arrange its management.

Why we collect it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, discuss your property, prepare an income estimate and follow up about property management services. If you separately choose to join our mailing list, we may also send the updates you requested. You can ask us to stop these messages.

Services that process enquiries

Facebook and Instagram instant-form submissions are processed by Meta and made available to OGStays through Meta's business tools. Meta also handles information under its privacy policy.

Our website uses Netlify to host the site and receive form submissions. Enquiries may be handled by OGStays and people helping us administer our marketing and enquiries, using website, email and business software providers. These providers may process information outside Australia.

Website measurement

Our summer website uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits and successful enquiry submissions and support advertising. Advertising links may also include campaign identifiers so we can understand how visitors found us. Meta's privacy policy explains its use of this information and available controls.

Questions and requests

To ask how your information is handled, request access or a correction, request deletion, raise a privacy concern or ask us to stop following up, email hello@ogstays.com.au. We will consider your request and respond.

This notice relates to enquiries. Any separate booking platform or third-party service you use has its own privacy terms.
